I got inquiries from the WDT about Interstate 98 now that the NNY Regional Economic Council leadership has said the Interstate proposal is not a funding priority in the short term.
A supporter of my opponent has written letters to the paper that I nixed the highway and that doing so will hurt NNY.
Its silly on the face since its never been an issue at City Council and my role on the Regional Council is mostly to represent Watertown's interest. .
